User Accounts

• All activity that occurs under your account
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.
Google Services
Bloom Rush integrates with Google services using Google's OAuth authorization system. You explicitly authorize Bloom Rush to access only the Google data necessary to provide the features you choose to use. You may revoke Bloom Rush's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account Security settings. Revoking authorization may disable certain features of the Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bloom Rush only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the software except where permitted by law
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Use Bloom Rush to send spam or unauthorized communications
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or access restrictions
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair Bloom Rush or other users.
AI-Generated Content
Bloom Rush may generate content using artificial intelligence.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content before relying on or distributing it.
Bloom Rush does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.
Third-Party Services
Bloom Rush integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Workspace and other external services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable agreements. Bloom Rush is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, branding, logos, documentation, website content, AI systems, and other intellectual property related to Bloom Rush remain the exclusive property of Bloom Rush or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
Service Availability
We continuously work to provide reliable Services. However, Bloom Rush does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free availability. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bloom Rush during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
