Your Right to Delete Your Data
At Bloom Rush, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your Bloom Rush account and associated personal data at any time. This policy explains how you can request deletion, what information will be removed, and what information we may retain if required by law.
Requesting Data Deletion
If you would like us to permanently delete your account and associated information, please contact us at: hello@bloom-rush.com
To help us verify your identity, please include:
• Your full name (optional)
• The Google email address associated with your Bloom Rush account
• A brief request indicating that you would like your account and data deleted
We may request additional information if necessary to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.
What Information Will Be Deleted
Once your request has been verified, Bloom Rush will permanently delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:
• Your Bloom Rush account
• Authentication credentials stored by Bloom Rush
• Google OAuth tokens
• Connected Google Workspace integrations
• User preferences and settings
• Stored workflow configurations
• AI conversation history associated with your account, where applicable
• Other personal information that is no longer required for legal or operational purposes
Deleted information cannot be recovered.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required to:
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Enforce our legal agreements
• Maintain security and system integrity
Any retained information will only be kept for as long as legally required and will not be used for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
Most verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. In some situations, additional time may be required if your request is unusually complex or subject to legal obligations.
Revoking Google Access
You may revoke Bloom Rush's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account Security settings. Revoking access immediately prevents Bloom Rush from accessing your Google Workspace data, even before your deletion request has been completed. After DeletionAfter your account has been deleted:
• You will no longer be able to sign in using your previous account.
• Connected Google services will be disconnected.
• Authentication tokens will be revoked.
• Stored personal information will be permanently removed where legally permitted.
If you choose to use Bloom Rush again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
